SERVICE DELIVERY/CHANGE MANAGER needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC. For the right candidate this position COULD BECOME PERMANENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Identity Access Management project is requesting a new resource to fill the Service Introduction Lead role. This role will be the liaison between the project team and the support team and insure that they are appropriately engaged and trained prior to the release of the IAM solution, which spans across a program which includes two projects arms: Corporate and NERC CIP.
- At the conclusion of the project the resource would likely transition into a full time employee position within the Support organization or continue on the project for the upcoming phases.
- Working within a prescribed methodology with specific service intro deliverables
- Working with various support teams to ensure that the project team successfully turns over the applications to the support teams
- Working with the project team and support teams to ensure:
- Service Introduction requirements are documented
- Support team impacts are known
- A support model is developed, vetted, and understood by all parties
- A Service Introduction plan is developed
- A Knowledge Transition (KT) plan to "train" impacted support teams is developed, vetted, and understood o Technical and functional documentation is packaged for turnover to support
- The Enterprise Help Desk is prepared for first line support
- A Warranty Period Plan is in place with Operational Acceptance Criteria (Warranty Exit Criteria)
- Support team "automated notifications" are in place (eg PICCASO/Remedy groups)
- Issue resolution and escalation - Working with other members of the team to ensure completion of tasks that are not under the direct control of the Service Intro Lead
- Developing a work plan and driving execution of the plan
- Will be working with the tech deployment team to figure out processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma/GED or applicable certification or equivalent Work Experience
- Looking for someone familiar with application delivery or support transition experience.
- Someone who has acted as a lead preferred.
- Process flow knowledge preferred.
