For our client, an oil and gas company, we are currently hiring a Service Delivery Analyst in Bochum.

Task description:
*Deliver an integrated set of IT services to the businesses
*Assist with the management of the operational budget across the region; ensuring the operation is delivered within delegated financial authority
*Act as one of the points of contact and service integrators for daily operations and planned activities
*Working with and as part of a network of service line representatives to ensure that day to day service delivery is coordinated
*Ensure effective client engagement
*Assist in providing regular updates into Customer Experience feedback channels
*Ensure that specific site issues are understood and action plans are implemented to address
*Ensure that site based IT Services operate in compliance with standards and all regulatory requirements relating to Security, HR, Ethics, Data Protection
*Ensure site level incidents are managed and resolved

Your profile:
*Proven track record in the area of IT operation at a site level
*Experience in working with and within small to medium sites, multi-location teams, with good people skills, active listening and network building
*Good operational skills, bias for action, and a good understanding of all IT technologies
*Good management of performance and drive for continuous improvement
*Ability to facilitate effective teamwork and build collaborative relationships
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to engage and interact with a variety of business representatives in an effective manner, including understanding the business aspect of service delivery issues
*ITIL Practitioner qualification is an advantage
*CVP experience is an advantage
*Fluent in German and English
