ABOUT THE ROLE

This company is seeking an experienced SERVICE COORDINATOR to join their talented and dedicated service delivery team on a permanent basis in Sydney. The successful incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations and service to a number of managed service clients. You will also ensure that all calls are responded to and resolved to meet SLAs as well as developing a strong working relationship with the client's and service providers.

Specific duties will include, but not limited to:

- Deliver a high level of customer service to all clients
- Log and process consumable orders and technical faults
- Manage the scheduling of technical jobs
- Advise the customer that their call will be attended to within the customers agreed SLA
- Perform general administration duties

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrated experience in a service environment
- Excellent coordination and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise and have attention to detail.
- Ideally a background in a managing service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Email systems.
- Ability to nurture customer/internal and external relationships.
