Service Continuity Analyst

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a SERVICE CONTINUITY ANALYST

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Zurich

You will be working in the Service and Delivery area - IT support.

The candidate will be part of the Service Continuity team. The person will be performing the planning and coordination of Disaster Recovery of critical applications, coordination of critical events for infrastructure maintenance/management across IT, Resiliency Testing, contributing to the management of the production environment by creating and enhancing processes and best practices within the Service Continuity function. This will involve working with Infrastructure team/Business Continuity Management teams, application developers and various support teams located in London, New York and Asia Pac

The perfect candidates has:

- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal in English
- Excellent relationship building skills;
- Good knowledge of core technologies - eg Sybase, Oracle, Storage, Operating systems, web portals and components;
- Exposure to project management

You will:

- Gain knowledge of IT Production Environment and the management of IT Service Continuity functions.
- Gain and build knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Procedure
- Gain Project Management experience through involvement in tactical and strategic projects.
