Service Charge Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused and organised individual to join Circle's Service Charge Team.
We are looking to recruit a Service Charge Manager, based at our offices in Corsica St, London. The post-holder will work as part of the Group Revenue Team, and will be expected to carry out accounting functions relating to the service charge accounts. This includes accurate reconciliation of service charge expenditure as well as providing estimates for future service charges and new developments. The role includes the line management of two Service Charge Officers so previous managerial experience is desirable.
You will need to demonstrate good numerical and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of contacts including tenants and the locally based income / neighbourhood teams. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to manage the performance of a small team, giving clear direction and regular feedback on progress.
This position would suit someone wishing to gain further experience and knowledge in this interesting service area and gain staff management experience.
