SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED FOR A LEADING MEDICAL SOLUTIONS PROVIDER BASED IN CHALFONT ST. GILES. YOU WILL BE A KEY POINT OF CONTACT DEALING WITH MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEM BREAKDOWNS, DISPATCHING FIELD ENGINEERS TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, FACILITATING SYSTEM UPGRADES AND SCHEDULING PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS FOR CORE EQUIPMENT.

THE SERVICE CENTRE IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TO JOIN THEIR BUSY AND VIBRANT TEAM FOR A MINIMUM 6 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY WITH THE POTENTIAL TO BE EXTENDED TO 18 MONTHS.

THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WORKING 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN 7:30AM- 7PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MANAGE SYSTEM BREAKDOWNS

- Take incoming calls and log the problem in MUST according to contractual requirements
- Manage systems breakdown till completion
- Drive customer notification
- Escalate issues as required to appropriate management
- Manage completion of Preventative Maintenance Service for all core equipment with the field and customers
- Responsible for all open jobs activities in the region

FIELD ENGINEERS MANAGEMENT

- Take incoming calls from Field Engineers
- Enter all comments and agree action plan
- Mange Field Engineer's work plan and escalate

PARTS ORDERING

- Order parts using the current parts ordering processes
- Organise distribution if part in the Region or Megastores
- Escalate if part in another location

EXPERIENCE

- Basic computer and typing skills essential
- Must have previous experience of dealing with complex work stations and computer systems The Service Centre operates between two screens to log calls, issues and actions, alongside a parts ordering and engineer booking system
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Taking calls in a service centre environment providing first class support
- Evidence of strong time management in previous roles
- Fluency in English required
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritise
