OUTSOURCE UK LTD is actively seeking to recruit a Service/Business Analyst for a contract role on behalf of a client.

A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

THE JOB:
The purpose of the Service/Business Analyst role is to help in the business systems service management area particularly in some FS/HO/Exostar/Workspace challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
The successful Service/Business Analyst candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for delivering a number of packages of work eg Managing SCN process/updating register

BUSINESS ANALYST/SERVICE ANALYST SKILL SET:
Problem solving
Co-ordinating/arranging testing plans, meetings and reviews
Updating and authorting processes
Assisting in establishing supplier management processes and reviews
Assist in update of risk and opportunity register
Assist with financial management including spend reporting and order placement
To assist on the support of end to end service delivery of an agreed portfolio of services
