Service and Warranty Advisor

We are McCarthy Cars based in Croydon, Surrey, a Family Owned and Run, Award Winning Premium Used Car Dealership and have an exciting opportunity within our company.

We are looking for an experienced Warranty and Service AdvAdministrator. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic person, who is capable of efficiently processing a large volume of work with high efficiencies. A positive aptitude and attitude to hard work is essential, as this is a demanding role, with targets to be reached.

The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of progressing in the role, growing their skill set and becoming a vital part of an already highly successful team.

We use Dragon2000 as our DMS system, so experience in using this system would be an advantage though not essential.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience and a good knowledge of processing warranty claims and vehicle service administration tasks.

You will have excellent written and spoken English.

The role is 5 days a week.
