Service and Solution Manager - Planisware/MS Dynamics/English/German/IT
PROJECT/ROLE:
For one of our client we are looking for a Service and Solution Manager - Medical and Business Development IT Solutions with 10-15 years' experience in a global organization. Knowledge of Planisware and MS Dynamics is a plus. The role is contract position for 9 months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.
MAIN TASKS:
- Lead the Change Management Team for assigned solution
- Responsible that the solution capabilities are aligned with the business expectation
- Define the Release Strategy for the specific solution(s) taking into consideration business as well as technical need
- Monitor and continuous improvement of defined support process through KPIs and SLAs incl. communication to relevant stakeholder
- Responsible that the solution capabilities are aligned with the business expectations
- Develop and manage business/technical critical know-how within area of expertise
- Accountable for the overall spend to enhance and operate the specific solution
- Coordinate the deployment of changes and releases to the productive environment
- Close coordination with other IT departments to align Solution evolution with Business Roadmap
- Develop your understanding of the relevant business area incl. business processes, technical and other solution related skills
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experiences in managing solutions in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation are beneficial
- Experience in stakeholder management and interaction with Senior Business Representatives
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience as system owner
- Customer quality, cost and delivery focused
- Around 10-15 years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent
