Service Analyst, Banking,LondonOffice, £40 - 50k A tier 1 bank is currently looking for a Service Analyst to join their London Office in a permanent position looking to pay an annual wage of £40,000 - £50,000. You will meet all of the following essential skills/experience: * Global data analysis to understand business performance * Ability to carry out root cause analysis to identify themes and trends * Make recommendations/action plans to the Service Team to drive the business improvement * Clear articulation of analysis through the use of Powerpoint and excel * Coordination of the global capacity reporting for client services * Involvement in the NPDD process and the global coordination * Input in to regional/global change initiatives where necessary including documentation and workstream * Work closely with functional areas to get a deep understanding of their business areas Essential experience would include: * Strong experience within business improvement and data analysis * Strong business improvement / client service background * Proven ability to prioritise competing demands * Excellent analysis, design and problem solving skills * Previous experience within a client service / business improvement role * Experience of working within a large global organisation * Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities at any given time * Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical skills * Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain global relationships * High degree of Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a permanent position with a top bank, and be part of a growing team.
