Skills Experience
ITIL qualified.
At least 3 years experience working in an ITIL environment.
Experience of defining and implementing the following Service Management disciplines:
o Release Deployment Management
o Service Validation Testing
Good all-round knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management.
Experienced in the production of Visio process flows.
Assistance with the overall IT Service Management project, which is introducing/formalising IT Service Management across the IT Department.
To be involved in the definition and implementation of:
Release Deployment ManagementService Validation Testing
