SERVICE ADVISOR
TO WORK AT OUR RENAULT DEALERSHIP IN TROWBRIDGE
We require a professional, self motivated, enthusiastic Service Advisor who is able to provide first class customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone. With previous technical experience with the motor trade preferred, you will need to be computer literate and have excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can work efficiently under pressure and understand the customer's individual needs in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role will include assisting with the day to day running of our busy workshop ensuring customers cars are completed within agreed timescales.
Location: Meridian Motor Park Trowbridge BA14 0BJ
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings on a rota basis
