Service Advisor

The role:

The Property Investors Team writes Property Owners business of all sizes, from single policies to large bespoke contracts. Predominantly writing business in London and the South, we've built an extensive portfolio over the last few years, with the help of our experienced Trading and Servicing Support team. We've extended our remit to write the larger property owning risks across the UK - and are expanding into Europe. Property Investors continues to build on its market leading reputation, is the largest team of its kind in the UK market, and has already proved extremely successful in writing the largest and most complex Property Owners risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* To be responsible for servicing your own accounts, processing data and producing documentation for both brokers and our colleagues in London.
* To respond to and take ownership of customer enquiries and allocated mail.
* Effectively manage workloads and work to deadlines.
* To be a supportive and productive member of the Property Investors team.

Experience:

* Experience in customer service and insurance is preferable, however good customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate
* Ability to prioritise workloads enabling you to work within timescales
* Enthusiasm to deliver a high level of customer service
* Ability to remain focused without distraction in a high pressured environment
* Accurate keyboard skills for data processing.
