JOB DESCRIPTION
This role delivers perform services to clients in support of a Hardware Platform. Thse services would involve the installation of an Operating System Infrastructure to enable the Application environment.

Please note: if this role is for IBM at the Lab, (GTA only at this time) the resource must be a Canadian citizen or approval through Procurement is required. Please indicate status at the time of submission for Lab positions.
CRC Rules of Engagement:
CRC is done and comes back CLEAR, the Contractor may start. The Contractor may not start while we are waiting for the CRC to come back. There are no exceptions, there are no extenuating circumstances. This is a mandate from IBM Legal. Permission may not be granted by the hiring manager as they have no authority to approve. IBM legal is the only approver and that is done through the buyer. Feel free to engage the buyer or Michelle DiSalvo in communicating to your hiring managers your compliance with this issue.
IF the CRC comes back UNCLEAR, the Account Manager may ONLY discuss that it has come back UNCLEAR with the hiring manager, as this is a legal Data Privacy issue. You may only discuss the issue with the Buyer so that they know how to address with their Legal dept. Procurement has given us a 6 hour SLA on answers to this issue. Please escalate to Michelle DiSalvo after 6 hours.
When the Buyer issues a note that the consultant may engage, that note is to be sent to Paulina Brozyna in Finance to be retained for audit purposes. Until we have the Buyers WRITTEN approval we cannot have our consultant engage. Failure to comply with these mandates will be fined. If for audit purposes, we cannot produce that note, we will be fined.
