For our client, a leading European commercial bank in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring a

Server License Management Practitioner (f/m)
Reference number: 316240
Starting date: January 2017
Length of the contract: 18 months with possibility of extension

Task description:
*Working on Server License Management
*Day-to-day execution of the process
*Administration of the server license inventory
*Preparation of license compliance audits and investigation of license utilisation with IT infrastructure and application teams
*Developing and maintaining process documentation and providing related IT training courses

Your profile:
*Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
*Experience as a Process Manager or working within a Process Management team
*Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. servers, databases, storage, networks, virtualisation, management software, etc.) and experience with the support and operation, or engineering of IT services
*Experience with license management, in particular focused on server software license models and managing server software contracts is desirable
*Experience with the day-to-day process management of Capacity Management, Availability Management and Problem Management would be considered an advantage
*Knowledge of the international standards ISO 19770, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 would be considered an advantage
*Good command of both written and spoken English
