Our client a leading provider of monitoring solutions with offices across the globe are searching for a Server Administrator with experience in both Windows and RedHat Linux
who can join a team tasked with supervision and administration of their own bespoke monitoring solutions. You will be in charge of the client hardware and software solutions
and will support and assist the customer to help use the monitoring solution through configuration, support and reporting.
Daily duties to consist of:
Administration, supervision and system alarm monitoring.
Ensure up to date configurations for probes and systems.
Liaise with other teams to clear technical faults raised by customers.
Trouble ticket reporting.
Hardware and software performance and resource utilisation.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years Telecommunications experience in an IT/Telco network and administration environment.
