Server Administrator (MS Windows)

Yoh has an eight (8) month plus contract opportunity for a SERVER ADMINISTRATOR (MS Windows) to join our client in MONROVIA, CA.

JOB OVERVIEW:
- PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR A SMALL 50 USER ENVIRONMENT providing desktop support and server administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- DIRECTLY MANAGE WINDOWS 2008 SERVERS including event log and services monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching.
- Monitor and manage Active Directory including user accounts, schemas, group policies and distributed flexible single master operations.
- Design, installation and configuration of windows server operating system and applications.
- Configuration and management of disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Configuring and managing windows DHCP, DNS and TCPIP.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledgeable Microsoft windows Server administration.
- Expert on MICROSOFT WINDOWS DESKTOPS RUNNING OFFICE 2007, ON WINDOWS SERVER 2008 and Active Directory, and knowledgeable on network attached storage devices and Microsoft online services.
- Two (2) years experience managing desktops.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM AT WORK PLACE REQUIRED.
