SERIALISATION PROJECT MANAGER

A leading Pharmaceutical company are seeking a skilled serialisation specialist to join their ranks

The role is for the overall project management of all the design and IT activities including resource planning, schedule adherence for a Global Serialisation roll out project

THE ROLE:

- Co-ordinate all projects activities, including design, specification, sourcing, purchasing, installation, commissioning and validation activities within the secondary packaging environment.
- Develop specifications for equipment or facility design/supply in line with the serialisation program and arrange acceptance testing of equipment/systems in line with the new serialisation program.
- Maintain and control project costs and associated serialisation schedule.
- Management of all system vendors. (equipment vendors with automation systems in their scope)
- Management and Co-ordination of all the site deployments
- ERP alignment through scope definition, through design and into delivery projects
- Industrialisation of the core solution on two serialisation vendor platforms
- Support transition following the ITIL model
- finalising the design of new release pack based on current needs
- CMO integration (release pack 3 and others)
- Management of all project management, PMO activities including the coordination of other project streams
- Data management alignment with BSSS
- Management of Serial number length changes

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess the following skill-set

- Significant experience working within a Project management function within the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industry
- Industry knowledge of FDA and cGMP requirements.
- Proven track history in Serialisation operational readiness.
- Experience of implementing a serialisation or track & trace project within Pharmaceuticals/Biopharmaceuticals/Medical Devices
