" Perform technical feasibility studies and proof of concept testing
" Write URS
" Review offers from vendors
" Issue a technical recommendation (choice of technical solution and vendor)
" Review FS, SDS, and HDS
" Review mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagrams
" Perform process analysis and identify sources of variability
" Perform design of experiments
" Perform risk assessments (quality and safety)
" Perform parameter analysis
" Follow-up manufacturers (design, manufacturing, testing)
" Write and/or review FAT, SAT and IQ-OQ protocols
" Perform FAT, SAT and IQ-OQs
" Schedule design, installation and testing activities
" Write training packages and to provide trainings
Knowledge/Skills
" Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
" Packaging equipment (labelling, cartoning, thermoforming, glass container handling&)
" Packaging components (cartons, labels, vignettes, PVC film, PE films&)
" GS1 standards (datamatrix, linear barcodes, serialization&)
" Printing technologies (Laser marking, inkjet, dod, etc&)
" Automated Visual Inspections (OCV, serialization)
" Project Management Experience (scheduling, scope management, cost control)
" Strong knowledge SAP and MS Office
Languages
" English: intermediate
" French: fluent
