SENSOR SPECIALIST - IVD/MEDICAL DEVICES/GERMAN
ROLE PURPOSE:
Major Accountabilities:
- He/she should be a key player in establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Control Loops for respective parameter groups.
- Responsible to adopt & optimize production processes to improve yield for b123, b221, classical electrodes, reagents and quality control/releases based on six-sigma principles.
- Responsible for further development of the production process for the BGusing statistical analysis (eg SAS JMP), Six Sigma tools and techniques eg design of experiments
- Must have good experience in the field of thick film sensors used as in vitro diagnostics of blood gas and electrolyte determination
- Must have knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality system regulations (FDA QSR).
Soft Skills:
- Must be enthusiasm to take responsibility and proactively collaborate with a highly engaged team of process development specialists, process engineers, technical engineers and operators by creating solutions which take their diverse perspectives into account
- Must be very much Inspired to learn manufacturing technologies and continuously improve various BGusing statistical analysis (eg SAS JMP), Six Sigma tools and techniques eg design of experiments
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP is plus.
- Experience in Pharma Domain.
EDUCATION:Bachelors OR Masters University Degree in Natural Science (ie Biotech/Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering/Mechantronics)
Languages:
