Our client is a house hold name financial services company based in Bristol. They are currently on the look out for a Senior Complaints Handler/Case Handler to work on a 6 month contact. The purpose of the role is to investigate complex advice related complaints about non mortgage endowment products sold by the client's sales for and to provide project support when required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

- FPC or CFP Qualified
- Knowledge of Investments, Pensions, Savings and Life Assurance (Products FCA,FOC,POS, HMRC)
- Strong organisation, communication and analytical skills
- Strong word and excel experience
