SENIOR MICROSOFT INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect to work at one of the world's leading financial organizations, based here in Amsterdam. We need someone with a 7+ years of experience across the full Microsoft Infrastructure stack to lead a team of engineers responsible for the on-premise infrastructure.

Within this position you will be tasked with:

- Working on several infrastructure expanding projects,
- Leading the migration projects from Legacy systems to Windows
- Overseeing the upgrade from older Windows Servers to Windows Server 2016
- Technically supporting and guiding a team of 5 engineers
- Architecture as well as high-level hands-on engineering and executing the designs.

- Excellent Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server
- Excellent Microsoft Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
- VMware 6.5 ESX
- Citrix VDI
- Datacentre Knowledge
- Powershell Scripting
- 5+ years Microsoft Desktop OS
- Network Engineering
- General Networking & DNS
- SAN Storage
- Veeam Backup 9.5
- Able to work independently on projects, whilst leading a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills including producing documentation
- Flexible working hours
