For one of our clients we are looking for a SENIOR WINDOWS APPLICATION ENGINEER.
Start date: 1/7/2015
End date: 31/1/2016
Full time contract
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Language: Dutch, French and English (Must be fluent in English as well as French or Dutch, and have excellent understanding of the other)
Responsibilities:
E2E responsible for the operational environment of applications running on Microsoft platform (Windows and Sharepoint):
Controlled installation of new applications
Controlled acceptation and implementation of changes and fixes
Resolve incidents and search solutions for problems as 2nd/3rd level support according agreed service levels
Keep documentation up-to-date or create if not available
Participate in poc and projects with Architecture and Security for the supported applications
Follow-up of administration
You will be working in a team where following values are important:

ICT application leads for software development

Requirements
Must have's:
Min 5 years' experience as Windows Application Engineer
Windows Server 2008 and 2012
Windows XP and Windows 2007
Active Directory, IIS, networking
Sharepoint 2010
Nice to have's:
XenApp
UC4
Scripting knowledge
SOFT SKILLS
Communication
Take ownership and take responsibility
Team spirit
Service minded
Analytical and structural way of working
Works outside normal business hours for planned changes
Participates in an on duty support team 24h/24h 7d/7d (long term)
LANGUAGES
Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language.
Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (both written & spoken)
