We have an exciting opportunity with our client, for a "Sr. Windows Administrator" at Trondheim,Norway.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Information Systems experience
-

5+ years of experience in Windows administration
-

Monitor, triage & troubleshoot Windows server incidents.
-

Install, upgrade, maintain and support Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, ADFS,DHCP, DNS, etc
-

Install, upgrade, maintain and support Virtual infrastructure MS Hypervisor, Virtual Machines, Networking, etc
-

Install, upgrade, maintain and support Citrix infrastructure, Citrix Netscaler
-

Maintain and support services/applications under Windows team responsibility.
-

Good experience on Windows platform with Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 etc.
-

Sound knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy.
-

Good Knowledge of File server, IIS configuration and management.
-

Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud delivery models and the current competitive landscape
-

Thorough understanding of infrastructure (Firewalls, load balancers, hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security etc) and have experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution
-

Hands-on experience with Power Shell Scripting
-

Hands one on Firewall, network issues and server performance.

Server performance monitoring and tuning
