RATE                               65.00-70.00 PER HOUR

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: WebSphere Application Support and Administration on AIX/Linux platform
Ideal: Experience with Sterling Commerce; Experience in retail IT; Experience with CA Introscope APM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in weekly 24*7 on call pager rotation
Dedicated to a highly visible Retail Project
Build, configure, support WebSphere Application Servers.
Design, code WebSphere automation scripts and Shell Scripts.
Compile new or update existing system documentation, support manuals, and SOP documents.  Standard Operation Process)
Train off shore resources to provide 1st and 2nd level support
Participate IT project meetings.
Deliver problem resolutions for WebSphere Middleware technical challenges for large and complex systems.
Deliver weekly status report.
Perform other technical tasks that the IT management assigns.
Occasionally off hours onsite support during critical production implementations
