Senior Web Developer

Contract Term

This is a 12 month contract opportunity. Overview

Our Client is seeking a Senior Web Developer to work on who will work closely with the project teams to design develop, test, and deploy online (web, mobile) solutions. Role and Responsibilities

- To work as a member of the technical team responsible for all development associated to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 project
- To work with functional and technical resources to ensure all development is tested thoroughly.

Project Deliverables will include:

- Technical Design Documentation
- Software (Application/Reports/Interfaces) Development
- System Testing and Technical issue resolution.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- Designing, developing, testing and deploying online solutions (10+ years)
- Web look and feel, measurement, accessibility and usability concerns (5+ years)
- C#, ASP.NET, VS 2005/2010 (8+ years)
- Oracle (5+ years)
- Agile Methodology/XP
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- HTML 5
- Query/JQueryMobile
- Object Oriented Design and n-tier Architecture
- Problem-solving and analytical skills (5+ years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (5+ years)
- Ability to work independently (5+ years).

Desired Skills:

- Mobile computing (ie laptops, tablets and smartphones)
- SOA and Web services
- BPM, rules engine and workflow
- Content and document management
- LiveLink.
