Contract Term

This is a 12-month contract opportunity.Overview

Our Client requires a Senior Web Developer who will work closely with the project teams to design develop, test, and deploy online (web, mobile) solutions.Role and Responsibilities

- eServices standards, architecture, and building blocks for Customer information, Security, Finance, Document Management, and Support
- Mobile application development
- Online development agreements
- Online improvement and permit projects.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- Designing, developing, testing and deploying online solutions (10+ years)
- Web look and feel, measurement, accessibility and usability concerns (5+ years)
- C#, WCF, ASP.NET, VS 2005/2010 (8+ years)
- Oracle (5+ years)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills (5+ years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (5+ years)
- Ability to work independently (5+ years)

Desired Skills:

- Mobile computing (ie laptops, tablets and smartphones)
- SOA and Web services
- BPM, rules engine and workflow
- Content and document management
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- LiveLink
- Agile development methodology or equivalent (3+ years)
- Previous work experience with Government Organizations.
