IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Assume role of accountable project lead to drive website content development and implementation
-Serve as lead writer and editor for range of content material related to IT processes, tools and procedures that support objective of website
-Develop understandable storylines and concepts that will appeal to globally diverse non-technical audience
-Collaborate with different IT functions within Roche to gain an understanding of tools, processes and procedures that need to be incorporated into new website
-Work directly with offshore website designers (ADMD in Poland), provide guidance and direction on how best to transform content into inspired pieces that maximize conversion messaging
-Lead website design review sessions with peers to propose/defend design deliverables
-Work closely with external business partner program manager and his team to develop scripts and storyboards

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in writing and editing web content (preferably as a Web Content Developer/Designer)
-Proven track record in developing website content that requires highly complex and technical solutions to be summarized and explained in non-technical manner
-Ability to conceptualize original ideas that result in website design simplicity and user friendliness (e.g. simplify messaging through visualization of diagrams and words)
-A demonstrated background in leading work to develop and implement new websites
-A strong technical aptitude, especially in areas of network connectivity and application access (e.g. SmartWeb, Citrix, WAN, MPLS)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-Ability to accommodate working on global and virtual team
