A Senior Wealth Transformation Business Lead is required by our Global Financial Services client based in London for an initial 6 months contract. The role holder will be responsible for driving and leading the delivery of the Direct-to-customer solution in the UK: Project Condor. The objective of the project is to provide substantial business benefit through:

1.Increase the efficiency of our investment administration through the deployment of a D2C platform.
2.Improve the customer experience.
3.Migrate existing D2C customers to the new service.
4.Attract new D2C customers to the service, thereby growing revenue.
5.Develop the operating model to support the D2C business.

The role holder will report directly to the UK Wealth Transformation Business Lead. They are responsible for successful development and delivery of the D2C platform and operating model to the business, this includes leading:

*A wide team across a variety of local and global business areas and functions to work collaboratively in designing, developing, and delivering the platform required to support the UK wealth business and address the current inefficiencies and gaps in service/proposition
*The successful gathering of requirements, analysis of current inefficiencies, and assessment of existing available functionality (internal or external) to ensure that the platform deployed in the wealth business support the over-arching aims of the UK Wealth Transformation programme, in terms of efficiency gains, revenue, and customer experience.

Challenges/Expectations

*Building a D2C business. Ensuring we deliver a D2C business not just a platform. Providing continued focus on the business case and operating model.
*Alignment with emergent D2C architectures and initiatives. The role-holder will need to develop their network so that they are aware of and understand these emergent architectures and ensure WTP aligns with these.
*Broader re-use. Developing the strategy for use of Condor across other channels to support self-service
*Compelling Customer Experience. Ensuring we have the people and processes to develop compelling customer experiences for our D2C proposition.
*Innovation: The UK D2C market is undergoing rapid development. The role-holder will need to keep abreast of market developments and be innovative in how we can meet customer needs.
*Defining requirements taking account of the complexity of the UK's IT architecture, lack of alignment with Group IT architecture and systems, UK extensive regulations from multiple bodies, high market and customer expectations in the UK wealth market.

The Ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working in relevant environment/s, ie Working within UK Financial Services
*Experience working in relevant environment/s, ie Experience with Wealth Transformation
*Experience working in relevant market/context, ie Working within Deployment/Migration
*Past working experience on relevant systems, ie Clarity is desirable but not essential
