Senior Wealth Proposition Development Manager x2

Key skills and experience:
Knowledge of FCA guidelines and regulations/experience in restricted advice or D2C environments/Strong track record in proposition development/strong leadership and stakeholder management skills/End to end journey processes

Essential experience: Asset/Wealth management experience

A Tier 1 Global Bank's Investment Management arm requires two Senior Wealth Proposition Development Managers on 3 month rolling contracts to help with their expansion in this area. The Proposition managers will need to be expert in wealth proposition design, development and delivery across the full end to end journey. Ideally, candidate's experience will encompass a deep knowledge of the wealth/platform/wrap market on both advised and non-advised channels, have a good understanding of the FCA guidelines, and have an expert knowledge of the wealth market, including direct competitors and the retail bank environment ideally across both advised and non-advised channels.

In terms of soft-skills, candidates will need to be good leaders, able to influence and guide global stakeholders and be a strategic thinker.
