Senior VRU Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-- Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting Direct Talk IVR/VRU applications.
-- Makes recommendations toward the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
-- Participate in component and architecture design, analyze production problems and recommend workable solutions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

-- Must have prior Application Development experience with IVR/VRU applications, preferably with IBM WVR (WebSphere Voice Response) version 4.2 or higher.
-- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
-- Direct Talk State-Table Development.
-- Utilization of Voice Prompts, 3270 Scripts and Screens, and Web Services
-- Voice XML 2.0 or greater
-- AIX Scripting experience
-- Korn-Shell Scripting experience
-- C or C++ Programming
-- JSP 2 and ECMA/JAVASCRIPT experience
