Senior VoIP Engineer

LOCATION: The Loop - Chicago, IL

STATUS: 3-6 Month Contract

POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client, a global financial services corporation, is dedicated to providing their clients with excellent service and striving to exceed client expectations. They believe in order to provide quality services; they must employ creative individuals looking to collaborate with others to provide innovative solutions to customers.

Our client is seeking a candidate with a vast amount of experience working with VoIP hardware, troubleshooting various voice protocols & QSIG integrations. A qualified candidate will be required to have experience with the design and architecture of specific Cisco VoIP infrastructures & Cisco Scripting.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP
- Must have hands-on experience working with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
- Skilled in the deployment & troubleshooting of QSIG integrations through Legacy PBX platforms.
- Experience in working with Cisco CLI & Cisco Scripting
- Voice protocols troubleshooting
- Knowledge in managing Voice Gateways - (VG224, 9951, ATAs)

NICE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE:

- Voice Certifications
- Experience with CUCM 8.6
