SENIOR VOICE ENGINEER | 6-MONTH CONTRACT WITH EXTENSION | ZURICH

OVERVIEW:

A major telecommunications client of mine is looking for a Senior Voice Engineer to join their international team in Zurich on a migration project. Within the framework of this project you would have to assist their external client to move from Avaya (red) technology to "Skype for Business"/"Cisco Unified Communications Manager".

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirement-engineering;

Low-level network design;

Migration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of the systems;

Definition of the service-level agreement;

Maintenance of technical documentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

8 years of professional experience in of Voice Communications;

Hands-on experience with Avaya technologies;

Hands-on experience with Oracle SBC;

Fluent English skills.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Cisco CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager);

Any relevant certifications;

German language skills.
