Senior Visual Designer UX

One of the leading Telco companies is looking for a Senior Visual Designer UX who will support and improve the digital customer experience across the various digital portals and mobile applications.
The main purpose of the role is to create simple and personalized digital customer pathways, with minimum stress for the customer, and manage the digital navigation and UI standards - Digital Identity Guidelines.

Responsibilities:
*Management of standards for a consistent and easy digital customer experience
*Delivery of digital projects in the context of marketing and digital strategy
*Constructs relevant user scenarios on the basis of customer insights, user and task analysis; uses this as a basis to identify customer needs and integrates the different elements in user-friendly designs for all digital touch points (PC, tablet, smartphone)
*Defines and manages the Digital Identity Guidelines
*Works together with the marketing communication team and digital agencies to actually translate the concepts and branding into the Digital Identity Guidelines
*Works together with the technology and web design teams to keep improving the digital user experience

Experience:
*Extensive experience in building and improving the digital customer experience
*Solid background in websites and app design
*Profound understanding of the digital environment
*Project management experience
*Excellent communication skills (fluency in Dutch is essential)
*Well-organized, creative and customer-focused
*High-level qualification (preferably a Master's degree in economics or communication)
*Team player who can work together well with colleagues from different departments
*Willing to keep developing skills in a team-driven and fast-changing environment
