Senior Validation Engineer

THE PROJECT

Within the MCU Technology Platform Innovation Center (test-)chips are developed, focusing on next generation low power techniques for ARM based Microcontroller IC 19s.

Your role as validation engineer is to validate the correctness of (parts of) the system, working closely together with other disciplines like innovation and design.

THE ROLE

- Set-up and execute automated validation and testing of IC 19s.
- Analyse measurement results and propose fixes for bugs found.
- Write LabView based automated equipment programs.
- Execute test requirements/test results administration (eg in DOORS)
- Create English written documentation
- Support innovation and design engineers

THE INDIVIDUAL

- IC validation > 5 years
- Develop software to validate (parts of) the system (C/C++) > 5 years
- Knowledge of digital and analogue laboratory equipment and measurement techniques
- LabView programming experience > 5 years
- Be able to develop new validation application boards > 5 years
- Language: English business fluent
