Senior UX Designer

We are currently searching for a SENIOR UX DESIGNER to work in Lausanne area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-national client.

The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the definition of Collaborative Design, Build and Test methodology encompassing User center design, prototyping, usability and Agile development (Scrum)

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Required Skills and Profile:

- Experience with prototyping software (Axure, iRise, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Usability, Design Patterns, User Experience, User-Centered design
- End-User testing
- Expert review
- Requirement gathering/elicitation
- Scrum methodology a plus
- Diploma in industrial design, interaction design, ergonomics, usability or similar.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Working experience in a SAP environment a big plus
- Fluent in English, French would be a plus
- iRise and Morae would be a plus
- Project Management Exposure/Basic knowledge

Key deliverables:

- Complement existing team to bring fresh ideas around user centered design, prototyping and ergonomics of software solution
- Help in driving the mindset in the IS/IT organization in how we design highly usable solutions first time right
- Provide support on Collaborative Design, Build and Test methodology to the IS/IT personnel
- Learn iRise
- Coach and Support iRise users
- Support project teams in user centered development and testing.
- Identify the current pain points and suggest improvements
- Improve training material
- Participate to project design meetings
- Take the lead on different topics which need to be addressed during workshop or with virtual working team
- Support the implementation of the new way of working
