One of our clients, an international company in the financial services' industry currently requires a Senior User Experience Analyst
Start: ASAP
Length: 31/12/15
Location: South of Brussels
Scope of Work:
Under supervision and guidance of the product manager, perform various User Experience (UX) tasks and activities such as: business analysis, user analysis, information analysis, interaction design, prototyping and mock-ups, usability testing.
Skills:
- Strong business analytical skills. Ability to quickly grasp complex business context of a product or service. Ability to quickly study and analyse customer requirements and functional specifications
Min. 3 years experience with:
- User needs analysis including preparing and cnnducting user interviews, contextual inquiries and user workshops. Creating, maintaining user personas.
- Conceptual modelling, information analysis and information architecture and in particular in the context of complex software products.
- Interaction design and UI design for complext software products. Building mock-ups and prototypes of GUIs for complex software products. Prototyping with Microsoft Visio and HTML. Documenting Front End specifications.
- User testing, preparation, conducting and resulst analysis of usability tests
- strong inter-personal skills. Ability to establish, coordinate and facilitate relationship with business and IT units. Ability to facilitate UX related discussions with/between project stakeholders. Ability to assertively present and communicate
on UX activity outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both written and spoken.
