SENIOR USER ACCESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a User Access Support Specialist to join their international pharmaceutical client in the area of Zug, Switzerland.

I'm looking for a Senior User Access Support Specialist who is result and performance driven. You will work and collaborate with a motivated team, handling different stakeholders. As the international environment is very high-paced, you are able to work under pressure and handle different tasks at the same time. You will be able to build up your network throughout the client company.

As a Senior User Access Support Specialist you will be responsible to coordinate platform wide authorization related changes while following the guiding principles of defined security authorization concept and authorization related change management framework.
In this role you will also coordination and performance remediation actions on role level requested by business.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform SAP Europe 2 platform wide authorization related impact assessment in order to prepare subsequent change request submissions (IT tickets). This tasks needs to be done for the different types of change requests in close cooperation with role owners, end users, compliance and IT-AS teams.
-Responsible for managing and updating all SAP GRC master data related areas and functions, and communicates updates to the global GRC CoE and different Europe 2 key stakeholders. Ensure all the GRC master data are updated on a timely basis.
-Co-ordinate the verification of the localized ruleset with business key users, IT-AS teams and compliance coordinators to ensure rule set changes are documented, approved and correctly updated.
-Ensure SAP GRC ARA reports completeness and accuracy while meeting business requirements. Perform data health check on report before distributing to the correct stakeholder groups.
-Produce Management Dashboard reports and KPI indicators for stakeholder distributions.
-Perform data analysis, cleansing and mapping for any new Tool implementation and various different remediation activities. Perform data reconciliation and gap analysis for any post data migration and conversion activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-A minimum of 4 years' experience in the area of USER ACCESS MANAGEMENT related areas
-Expert in heavy master data handling using the ACL or any data analytics tool
-Good knowledge of data conversation and migration requirements
-Good understanding of IT security roles design concept
-Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment
-Strong communication, collaboration and conflict management skills
-Customer friendly and like to work with people
-Very strong oral and written skills in English, GERMAN PREFERRED but not mandatory
-100% based in the area of Zug
