Senior Unix Administrator - Boston

A Senior Unix Systems Administrator is required for a Finance firm for their operations based in Boston. The role will help support the global server platform in a large enterprise environment so experience with automating a large number of servers is required.

The role will involve supporting and configuring other technologies in the infrastructure environment so experience of networking and storage is useful. Tasks will include resolving high level tickets to problems with the servers, trouble shooting the environment as well as administering and implementing best practices that will ensure increased performance in the environment.

The organisation employ's over 1000 people world wide and have offices based acrossAmerica, Europe andAsia. The role is a newly created role within the team and is best suited for a mid to senior level systems administrator.
