Senior Unified Communication Engineer

SR. UNIFIED COMMUNICATION ENGINEER - PAULDING, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

We are the leading IT outsourcing company seeking a SR. UNIFIED COMMUNICATION ENGINEER who will be responsible for providing a Stability Audit for CUCM and partial audits for CUC, CER, UCCX, specifically to determine how they interact with CUCM resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, Design, Test and Implement splitting Courts single cluster into 2 separate clusters.
- Virtualize both CUCM clusters.
- Design & Implement new dial plan, implement cross cluster extension mobility, build and test trunk, knowledge Transfer, test, pilot Services provide: Unified Communications Plan, Design, and Implementation Services
- Unified Communications Stability Audit Service
- Unified Communications CUCM Cluster Installation and Configuration Services
- UCS Unified Computing
- Unified Computing Accelerated Deployment Service Scope of Services: Stability Audit of CUCM, and partial audits for CUC, CER and UCCX, specifically to determine how they interact and use CUCM resources
- Plan, Design, Test, and Implement splitting Courts' single existing CUCM cluster into 2 separate clusters
- Virtualize both Clusters
- Plan, Design, Install and Configure new UCS blades to support the new cluster Design and Implement a new dial plan to support the clusters
- Build and test trunk from CUCM to VCS Server Support the first 4 cutover events Alpha/pilot site Three Beta sites Five sites Five Sites
- Provide Knowledge Transfer on new Cluster Design.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have extensive experience in enterprise UC projects including hands on plan, design, test and implementation experience with CUCM, CUC, CER, UCCX
- Previous PBX to VoIP migration experience
- CCNP-Voice (required), CCIE Voice (desired)
- Bachelor's degree in related field of technology and min 5 years. experience
