Senior Treasury Options Trader

Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate market leading returns in the products traded via the direct execution of Strategies and Systems
* Grow the profitability of the trading product
* Full responsibility for individual P&L
* Understand market and product through thorough analysis
* Maintain low/appropriate risk levels
* Identify and implement new trading opportunities and products and contribute to the efficiency of trading by suggesting improvements and new ideas for process and system development
* Build and improve on existing trading strategies
* Maintain strong theoretical understanding of derivatives (and other products)
* Effectively communicate trade and market information amongst the desk
* Quality control of Desk with the ability to identify issues and manage these appropriately
* Responsibility for the optimum use of technology throughout the Commodity Trading Team.
* Quality of communication and reporting and maintaining the cooperative working style with other traders, Heads of Desk and Directors as required.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of four years trading experience as a Treasuries Options trader in the US with a proven track record of profitability.
* Experience trading Treasuries. Additional exposure to any other commodities will be highly regarded.
* Good relations with Brokers in the call around market and IDB's.
