Senior Tester (Informatica IDQ/MDM)

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a SENIOR TESTER with EXPERTISE with INFORMATICA IDQ and ideally with INFORMATICA MDM (POWER CENTER) including experience with other Master Data Management tools like SAP.

This is a 100% offsite contracting role planned to start ASAP until the end of the year.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The project is about implementation of a master data management platform for the logistics department using Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica DQ and Informatica Business Glossary. Initial scope will be for Materials/Products data and later extended to other areas.

TASKS:

- Primary role would be as an IDQ project Senior Tester
- You should take ownership of the creation of the Test cases documents and test cases in ALM and actively contact the diverse business experts and users
- Additionally you may be required to write reporting & IDQ related test cases, in regards to the MDM project too
- You will review the business process flows, verifying DQ checks and MDM screen definitions to come up with test cases
- Write system integration testing, UAT too
- Assist in writing and doing System Integration testing's
- Coordinate the actual testing and reporting to management on daily basis

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 8+ YEARS of EXPERIENCE as TESTER WITHIN DATA PROJECTS
- 6+ year experience in HP ALM for requirement and test case maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Material Module of SAP
- You should know INFORMATICA ANALYST and DEVELOPER/POWERCENTER TOOLS, Unix, Oracle, SQL well
- 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE with INFORMATICA IDQ TOOL and associated testings
- AT LEAST 2 PROJECTS done FOR LARGE DATA MIGRATIONS, Integration & reporting
- Ability to work with other test executors, ability to interact directly with business clients
- Experienced with Agile (Scrum) projects
- Pharma experience will be an advantage
- Strong experience in Informatica MDM (Power Center)
- Experience in other Master Data Management tools (SAP), Test automation design and implementation
- Senior level of hands-on experience in the Informatica master data management (Meta Data Manager, Data Quality)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
