Senior Test Manager - Securitized Note Trading (2350)

For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR TEST MANAGER - SECURITIZED NOTE TRADING (2350)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run and lead a team of test engineers
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Create or maintain databases of known test defects
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 4+ years' experience as test manager in BANKING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AREA
- Decent understanding and working experience in front-to-back STP processes of investment products. KNOWLEDGE IN SECURITIZED STRUCTURED PRODUCT IS A BIG ASSET
- Independent working style and hands-on mentality
- Ability to run testing team effectively as well as coordinate and execute UAT together with Business Analyst
- Good knowledge in SQL and Linux console in general
- Experience with tooling such as QC, JIRA
- Fluency in English (written/oral)
