ENVIRONMENT

The position is part of the Program Test Management Team of LE CH (former Too big to fail )
and supports the End-to-End Tests of our business partners. In this context the person will be part of our deviation management team, supporting defect management, speeding up the root cause analysis for any IT related issue and fixing process by involving the right people in a swift manner. It will be necessary to lead task forces with team members from business and IT and report the results to our senior management.

TASK

- Defect Management/Deviation Management
- Lead and coordinate task forces to speed up test execution
- Progress Report to Senior Management re task forces and issues
- Supports business testers in executing their tests
- Assist with the analysis of the test approach and the review of the deliveries
- Make sure the deliveries are conducted in time
- Monitor and document the test progress
- Partners with IT Program Test Management to review the progress and for consultancy on any necessary actions

QUALIFIKATION

- Expert in working with industry standard tools for testing (HP ALM, JIRA, SharePoint)
- Test Manager, Test consultant with project management skills
- Testing in the banking industry and working closely with business representatives
- Working in big companies and large programs. End-to-End Tests, Defect Management
- Understanding of ISTQB/ISEB Certificate re Software Tests and Test Management
- Familiarity with test Environment set up preparation
- A Banking and/or Consultancy background
- Experienced business analyst
- Understanding of banking products, processes and infrastructure
- Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
- University under-graduate degree, preferably in computer science or a numerate discipline
- Analytically focused and process oriented
- Effective relationship management The ability to create agreement among differing stakeholder views
- FLUENT ENGLISH AND GERMAN SPEAKER
