YOU! My client is looking for experienced Test Managers!
The Test Manager manages the test activities of a project. You are capable of producing a test strategy. You compose and maintain the Master Test Plan in consultation with the project. You will plan & coordinate the test activities during the test phases, manage the defects, monitor and report on the actual test progress.

General technical skills:
Experienced in composing test strategies
Experienced in writing Master Test Plans
Experienced in system, integration and acceptance testing
Experienced in composing testing documentation
Knowledge of or experienced in risk, budget and resource management
Coaching capabilities

Function requirements:
Knowledge of structured testing methodologies (eg V-model)
Good knowledge of testing techniques
Knowledge of IT, management and business, relevant to the project(s)
Ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to manage a group of people
Ability to work independently
Ability to write reports
Very good knowledge of Nederlands or French (speak/read/write)
Good knowledge of English (speak/read/write)
