Senior Test Manager

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a very experienced test manager for a financial client who is based in Stockholm

This test manager will:

-

Represent the QA department in the project organization, reporting to the QA Manager
-

Create and follow up the test plan for the project, based on the existing test strategy.
-

Drive the creation of the proper test environments and development pipelines to use them
-

Coordinate and drive the test efforts from both developers and testers inside the project, ensuring the proper usage of agile methodologies
-

Create test reports for presenting the stakeholders of the project

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-

Demonstrable track record of successfully controlling and executing all Test activities on a significant programme
-

Experience of working within a fully Agile environment
-

Experience of working with 3rd party software integrations and SOA architectures
-

Ability to actively manage stakeholders, provide quality updates and confidence in the progress of all Testing Activities
-

Ability to work with pragmatism and to build effective development teams
-

Ability to actively and positively contribute to the overall project outcomes
-

Ability to 'hit the ground running', and to increase momentum of delivery
-

Knowledge of Banking/Payment Systems/Card processing will be an advantage .
