Senior Test Manager

You will be responsible for delivering business value through defining and implementing a test approach as well as performing testing activities. This compliance project needs to test highly sensitive customer data matching logic and will require a non-standard and innovative approach to achieve end-to-end signoff.

You will design and establish testing paradigms and it requires a strong and experienced test leader who will set the stage for the future testing methodology

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Successful end-to-end completion of testing services
- Developed a Test Strategy
- Ensure that a test approach is developed and agreed between project stakeholders and participants.
- Recruitment of test team
- Deliver testing services through design of test methodology (including SVP and regression testing), test planning, performing test execution and analysing/presenting results.
- Manufacture appropriate test data and configuration in the test environments to suit the different types of testing.
- Raise any defects found during testing and escalate in accordance with existing development and release management procedures, ensuring resolution of issues within appropriate timeframes.
- Provide regular updates on progress of test execution and results.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- 5 + years experience in a testing environment in banking.
- EXPOSURE TO CUSTOMER MATCHING TESTING ENVIRONMENTS
- Proven ability to develop testing strategies for new software platforms
