IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Analyze operators’ commercial IP and SDN networks, research the operators’ test design methodologies, and provide input to the R&D test design and verify new product software and hardware versions.
-Analyze how to deploy the hardware, features, and functions of the new versions in commercial IP and SDN networks for respective operators.
-Consider test design with customers prior to product introductions, and instruct test execution with customers, and be responsible for the test results.
-Lead Client’s test team in learning from the operator’s strengths and close any design gaps. Provide test improvement proposals and requirements for the R&D test design team.
-Establish strong and long-term cooperative relationship and seek joint innovations in the test areas of new product versions. Integrate the end customer’s test procedure with Client's R&D test procedure to achieve joint E2E development and delivery
-By the end of the assignment, you will be expected to deliver a comprehensive test scope on R1 Terastream routers and their integration within the Terastream network
-You will be expected to spread your Terastream knowledge within the team and be the go-to person for questions related to Terastream architecture, protocols and procedures

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-At least 5 years of working experience as Terasteam network planning expert, maintenance or test expert
-Profound understanding of IP and SDN networks, especially Tier 1 European operators, such as DT, VDF, FT.
-Knowledge of IP (VLL, VPLS, IGP, BGP, VPN etc.) and SDN. CCIE certification highly desirable and/or preferred.
-Familiarity with IP router and SDN network operations and management.
-Experience managing operator's test requirements, test strategy, test specification, and major test activities for vendor admission test, acceptance test, and product introduction test.
-Capability of leading Client's R&D test strategy, test plan, and test design for operators, and manage relevant test activities.
-At least 8 years work experience in test relating areas.
-Deep understanding on the IP and SDN technology evolution and testing technology development.
-Fluency in English
