The SEPA Credit Transfer is the application processing the Credit Transfers for Belgium. The Business Engineering SEPA - Credit Transfer
team is responsible on the business side of the corrective and evolutive maintenance of the application. 2 releases are planned every year to correct
incidents and implement Change Requests requested by the business lines for commercial reasons to satisfy clients' needs or by operational departments or to
apply regulatory changes.
We are looking for a business and test analyst to support this work. The activities will be very various from the business requirements incl. the discussion with the
requestors to clarify their needs and with the implementation team to validate the solution until the business testing and this being involved in some extend into the
project management part reporting to different stakeholders of the application.

Function Description
As business analyst the person will manage business requirements which means:
-organization of the meetings of business needs analysis
-make the reports linked to this meeting
-set up the business requirements documents
-exchange with IT department to manage the adequacy between business need and technical possibility
-manage the validation of the BR by all parties.

As a business tester the person will be responsible for :
the preparation and execution of the testing of credit transfers applications in the framework of the two main releases but as well in the context of
ad-hoc testing activities

3-5 years of experience

Business Experience
Mandatory
Experience as Business or Test analyst/ Defect manager within Banking sector, with preference for payments domain.
Risk awareness (judging severity of incidents
Business analysis skills as to drive specific discussions, go further in content.

Preferable
o SEPA products (Direct Debit & Credit Transfer)
o Acquaintance on incident management activities within such a large production environment (like Payments)
o Experience with functional/technical design
