Our client is looking for a Test Lead who can identify issues early and have the capability of communicating to the client not only the problem but the possible solution. This client will enhance your CV and add to your skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Preparation of test strategies, plans and scripts and test execution
Working in conjunction with business users, analysts and developers to ensure that planned testing meets company requirements
Acquisition and analysis of all documents relevant to the assigned projects in order to establish test requirements
Preparation, creation and maintenance of test data
Execution and tracking of test cases with close attention to set deadlines
Ensure adherence to, and improvement of company test methodologies and standards.

The successful candidate will display a proven track record within UAT test environments along with strong leadership potential, you will be able to quickly adapt to working environments and hit the ground running. A positive approach to work, strong verbal and written communication skills, good teamwork skills and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Industry certifications such as ISTQB will be also be highly regarded.
